She took the time to meet with me and my parents and review the countless options in bridal bouquet and accessories. She has created what will be several elegant floral arrangements.
What I appreciated about Dawn’s customer service is the time she took to hear my likes and dislikes, provide suggestions and product demonstrations.Dawn truly took the time to make me feel special and here of my interest. I know Dawn will add the extra special touch to my wedding day! In life, I have learned to review multiple options and not just do business with the first person you meet. In taking this advice, I scheduled an appointment with a nearby florist whom my family has used for years. I did this to not only compare flowers, but pricing as well. In the end, I walked away with a greater appreciation for customer service. The meeting with the second florist lasted less than 20 minutes. The wedding coordinator rushed through and asked very little of my interest. She essentially flipped through one book and wrote down a quote. The quote provided was completely marked up and requested I provide photos of the flowers for the florist Facebook page in exchange for the small throw bouquet. As you know firsthand, planning a wedding takes a lot of coordinating and working with many vendors to convey your vision. If I were to have only meant with the second florist, I would have felt very discouraged about the flower piece of my wedding planning process. Fortunately, through your referral of Dawn, the personal attention and time she provided to me, I know my flowers will be beautiful! I am confident the flowers will be gorgeous and exactly what I envisioned. I am thrilled to have found Di Biaso’s Florist!
