What's The Story?
The process of salt glazing pottery, adding common salt into the chamber of a hot kiln, was discovered and refined in Germany during the 14th and 15th centuries. Originally used on low fire earthenware, it evolved as small pottery towns near the Rhine began producing salt-glazed stoneware. Our glazed ceramic vase recaptures this time-honored tradition, paired with a bouquet of wildflowers to make any celebration unforgettable.
