Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.

Which credit cards or payment types are accepted?

We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card, JCB, MasterCard, and VISA. In addition, Bill Me Later is available for qualifying customers who wish to pay by check.


When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.


What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.

Your order is then sent over a secure connection to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM . If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.

Do you offer delivery outside the continental United States?

Yes, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM delivers to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as to a number of countries including the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Japan, the Philippines, and many more. Visit our International Flower Delivery page for more details.


Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, certain items that are delivered by a local florist are available for same-day delivery. These items are marked with a small ?clock? icon on the Web site. Be sure to place your order by 2:00PM in the recipient?s time zone.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be collected if your order is being delivered to Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas or Virginia.


How do I check my Fresh Rewards points balance?

  1. On the home page, go to My Account. Sign in to your account.
  2. At the top of the page, click on the link to view your points total.
  3. A new page will appear and you will see your points balance reflected under your Current Member Level.
