How do I check my points balance?

1. At 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, go to My Account. Sign in to your account.
   
2. At the top of the page, click on the link to view your points total.
3. A new page will appear and you will see your points balance reflected under your Current Member Level.

How do I get my Fresh Rewards pass, and when will it arrive?

You will receive the Fresh Rewards pass in the beginning of the month following the month in which you qualify for your reward.

Why wasn’t my last order reflected in my points balance?

It may take up to 48 hours for your points balance and current member level to reflect in your account. If after 48 hours you feel your account still shows the wrong balance, you may contact our dedicated Fresh Rewards service specialists at help@freshrewards.com.

Why doesn’t my Fresh Rewards pass work?

Fresh Rewards passes will be valid for 90 days after you?ve received the Fresh Rewards pass in your email. Once they have expired, passes will not be able to be used.

Why haven’t I received my Fresh Rewards pass?

Check the bulk or junk mail folder in your email account to see if your Fresh Rewards pass was sent there. To ensure that you receive future rewards into your Inbox, add 1800FLOWERS@e.1800flowers.com to your address book!
