BloomNet Technologies Technician
Location: Carle Place, NY
Position Type: Full-Time

Summary

To supply the highest quality of technical support to our Florist. Installing/Troubleshoot Bloomlink Client software/windows issues, security setting and some printing issues. Internal technical assignment, tasks and reporting. Support Bloomnet products, Websites, BMS, Enclosure Card and Website Marketing program. Must be available during our company's critical holiday, extended hours.

Duties/Responsibilities

• New and Pending Priority Service call backs within one hour of receipt
• Website Leads and Service calls
• BMS Support
• Assignments/Tasks

Education/Experience

Knowledge of all versions of Microsoft Windows, anti-virus software, Internet Explorer settings, Website design/maintenance.

Skills

Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to work under pressure.
