• Regal Brushed Bronze Finish Metal Gift Basket with Sculpted Ribbon Pattern
• Gossford Reserve Shiraz 2010
This medium-bodied wine offers notes of black cherry, pepper, spice, plum, smoky oak and dark chocolate. In Australia, just north of Sydney, nestled in a protective cove, is the small port town of Gosford, from which this featured wine selection takes its name. Besides being a port town, Gosford is just minutes from Australia’s famous Hunter Valley wine growing region.  Hunter Valley vineyards provided some of the grapes for the 2010 Gosford Reserve Shiraz, with the balance of the fruit sourced from other South Eastern Australia growing areas. This oak barrel-aged red wine is made in a medium-bodied style, which means it’s ideal for serving with food.
• Southern Point Sauvignon Blanc 2011
This Sauvignon Blanc was crafted from select parcels of fruit from vineyards across South Eastern Australia. The wine color is very pale straw with bright green hints. On the nose it shows strong aromas of fresh tropical fruits. The palate is soft and displays vibrant flavors of passion fruit, pineapple and citrus. The wine finishes with a clean and crisp lingering acidity.  Enjoy this wine with creamy pastas, chicken and fish dishes or even on its own on a hot day.

When a friend or loved one passes away, many people want to send funeral flowers as a symbol of their love and a show of heartfelt condolences to the family and other mourners at the service. The options for funeral flowers include: arrangements for the casket, standing arrangements such as floral crosses or wreaths, as well as smaller baskets or arrangements. However, etiquette dictates what type of arrangement is appropriate as not all funeral flowers should be sent by anyone.

Funeral Flower Etiquette at the Service

For the most part, flowers for the top or inside of the casket itself and large standing floral wreaths or sprays are generally sent only by the immediate family. The type of funeral flowers appropriate for friends or co-workers of the deceased are usually smaller standing sprays or flower baskets that can be displayed at the funeral service or at the home of the family.

Send Flowers to the Home of the Family

If you are not able to attend the funeral service, you can still send sympathy flowers to the family's home as all funeral flowers do not need to be at the service. The most common options for a sympathy gift to the home are a vase of beautiful flowers or a floral basket. Fruit baskets or gifts of gourmet food are also appreciated at the home of the family when they receive mourners.
