Please Note: We want your thoughtful gift to be enjoyed for as long as possible, which means sometimes the flowers may arrive budding. Rest assured, they just need a little time to bloom...and some TLC! For best results, stems should be re-cut and placed in clean water along with the food provided. Within a few days, the buds should open up completely. If you or your recipient are still not satisfied with the quality of the flowers, please submit your issue and we’ll address it as soon as we can.

Depending on your order, the arrangement you choose is either hand designed and delivered by a local florist or shipped directly from our farms overnight. To ensure complete quality and freshness, some flowers may arrive budding, but will bloom into full beauty over the next few days so that your recipient can enjoy them for as long as possible!
Please note: occasionally substitutions need to be made due to availability of flowers and containers in your recipient’s area. This may slightly alter the appearance of the arrangement. In each case, we do our best to make sure your order is as close to the original as possible.
