New Moms Get a Special Flower Delivery for Mother’s Day

Some proud new mommies got a big surprise this Mother’s Day when caring members of the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM community stopped by the newly-built Katz Women’s Hospital at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park to spread smiles—and a whole lot more.

Each glowing new mom was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate her new little bundle of joy. As the team made their rounds, they were met with many smiles, and even a few joyful tears, from the very appreciative moms who couldn’t help but express their gratitude.

Members of the hospital staff were also treated to flowers to thank them for their hard work and dedication—because every mom deserves a smile!
