Theresa Gambacorta

Theresa Gambacorta is a food writer and 25-year veteran of New York City's restaurant industry. Her food writing has appeared in print and online publications such as Men's Fitness and Muscle & Fitness. She has also written for Centennial Media's magazines. Theresa is the co-author of Chef Joey Campanaro's Big Love Cooking (Chronicle, 2020) and a forthcoming book about Persian cuisine to be published by Knopf in 2022.
