We’ve rounded up just a few of the best things to do in D.C. on Valentine’s Day so that you can plan an unforgettable date for your special someone!

Be Dazzled By the Monuments

The most classic Washington, D.C., date, of course, is to take a slow evening spin around the National Mall’s famous monuments. Built in white marble, they glow from within, contrasting with the black, star-pricked sky above. And nothing is more romantic than sitting hand-in-hand on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, admiring the view all the way to the U.S. Capitol. End the evening with a fireside nightcap at Quadrant in the Ritz-Carlton.

Another way to enjoy the monuments is by taking a romantic Potomac River cruise. Odyssey and Spirit of Washington both offer an evening of dining, dancing and live entertainment, all the while cruising past the most iconic sparkling views of our nation’s capital.

What better way to celebrate your love than with a concert devoted to love? Probably the best bet this Valentine’s Day is “Love Songs: The Beatles” at The Hamilton Live in Downtown D.C. The concert, slated for February 10, will include classics such as “Ask Me Why,” “Oh Darling,” and “All I’ve Got To Do.”

Cruise H Street

For the young and young at heart, up-and-coming H Street is the place to go. You’ll find a bounty of trendy restaurants here—from edgy-cool Sticky Rice to Granville Moore’s (their beer list is to die for) to cute-and-French Le Grenier’s. Or, for something truly fun & unique, play putt-putt golf at H Street Country Club’s DC-centric indoor course (obstacles include the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, with a special appearance by several zombie past Presidents). Top off your evening with an indulgent stop at Dangerously Delicious Pies, open ‘til midnight. You won’t be disappointed!

Attend a Ball at the Italian Embassy

With a nod to Italian star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet, the Italian Embassy is hosting an evening of exquisite dining and dancing in the Embassy’s beautiful 18^th-century setting. There’s an Italian-flavored dessert table and a chocolate tasting. And as an extra special touch, you’ll enjoy a stage performance of Romeo and Juliet’s balcony scene in the Embassy’s grand hall. Washington, D.C., has some of the best restaurants in the country, and most are going all out with special Valentine’s Day menus. The Bombay Club is well-known for setting the mood with light piano music to accompany your five-course, prix-fixe menu. And Beauchart’s Saloon, the thriving farm-to-table spectacle on Pennsylvania Avenue, has announced it’s offering some “very special specials” along with its regular menu this Valentine’s Day. Whatever the case, you can’t go wrong with a long list of favorites, including Blue Duck Tavern (a Michelin Star restaurant!), Masseria, Tabard Inn and Momofuku CCDC in the sparkling new CityCentre.

Once you’ve finished, take a right and enter the critically acclaimed Meso Maya led by chef Nico Sanchez for a specialty cocktail, like the avocado margarita, and your choice of the entrees that are absolutely to die for. Wrap things up at El Fenix, the third in the trio, with a traditional Mexican dessert from flan to tres leches. Walk off all that delicious food (and drinks) as you head towards the nearby Klyde Warren Park for a romantic stroll through a beautiful green space in the center of the city.

Stroll Along the Flowers at the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens

Listed one of the top attractions in Dallas, the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Gardens is the perfect place for a romantic stroll, especially with a lot of fantastic exhibits in place for Valentine’s Day. Head out early for a stroll through the daffodils at the scenic Dallas Arboretum.  Sit down to lunch in the main garden at Restaurant deGolyer, followed by the arboretum’s Friendship Tea in the same location.

Have a Romantic Sushi Dinner Date

Consider soaking in the zen ambiance while tasting the delicious culinary offerings of Uchi restaurant’s Valentine’s Day Omakase. On a regular basis, this impressive Japanese restaurant thrives on seasonal ingredients for its fresh and flavorful menu items, and the Valentine’s Day Omakase gives you and your special someone the opportunity to enjoy eight courses of Uchi’s best offerings. Plan a Special Shopping Day in Dallas

If you both like to shop (or if you never go with her to shop and it’s a treat), every day is a good day for shopping, and Valentine’s Day is no exception. Call ahead to schedule an appointment at Zsofia’s, a Dallas Design District located lingerie boutique that has been named best in the city by several publications. The owner Zsofia has taken care to make the space beautiful and inviting, you’ll feel like you’re in Paris; surrounded by classic looking furniture, trays of chocolate truffles, and likely a bottle or two of champagne. More often than not, there’s an Audrey Hepburn movie being projected onto a wall near the entrance, and Zsofia is, of course, the embodiment of the welcoming and chic style of the boutique; always careful to take time to get to know her customers and their style in order to pick the perfect something you’ll feel good about going home with.

Make Yourselves Tourists

If you’re up for a little fresh air and a lot of variety, go for a self-guided tour through Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood, making sure to stop into any galleries, bars, shops, and even speakeasies (if you can find them, hint: High & Tight Barbershop is a good one 😉 that look interesting along the way. Known for murals of street art on almost every wall, Deep Ellum is a truly unique part of Dallas and an unquestionably fun Valentine’s Day date idea for anyone who’s feeling adventurous. There are as many live music venues as art galleries and murals. There’s also the chance that you’ll end up walking some of the same streets as the infamous lovers Bonnie and Clyde!

One of the best parts about metro-Atlanta is how neighborhood focused it is. Looking for ritz? Head to Buckhead. Want to enjoy a huge range of ethnic foods? Try Buford Highway. Looking for a hip neighborhood? Check out East Atlanta Village. Want more of a small-town vibe? Head to Decatur or Marietta. Then there’s the Virginia Highlands, midtown, downtown, leafy Grant Park, soul food on the west side, on and on the list goes.

The many different neighborhoods and their unique vibes also makes Atlanta a great place for romantic nights out on the town. Flowers, candle-lit dinners, strolls through the park, there are so many options. If anything, there are so many choices that it can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re going to dig into some of the best date options in Atlanta!

Head To Brazil For A High Class Dinner

If you’re looking to really wow your date with a place that’s both chic and high-class, the Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse should be at the top of your list.  However, be prepared to spend big because class comes at a cost!

Brazilian steakhouses are basically like high-end all-you-can-eat buffets. When you sit down, you’re given a card that’s green on one side, red on the other. Green means “go.” Red means “no thanks.” Once you flip the card green, chefs will start showing up at your table with skewers of meat, and you’ll be able to pick and choose what you’d like including steak, lamb, pork, & chicken. If you’re vegetarian, check out the “Market Table”, which features a huge range of salads, cheeses, and other delicacies.

Can’t get a reservation at Fogo de Chão? Try another top-notch Brazilian steakhouses in Atlanta such as Chama Gaucha. If you’re on a tighter budget but still want to enjoy some Brazilian fare, consider Minas Grill or Porto Brasil Restaurant, both of which offer Brazilian food in more traditional buffet settings.

Polaris, See the City Spin

If you’re looking a great, romantic place to grab a drink, Polaris is among the best choices. This spinning bar rests atop the Hyatt Residency in downtown Atlanta and providers arguably the best views of the city.

Polaris’s food can be a bit hit or miss, but grab your date some Valentine’s Day flowers, and take him or her up for a drink at the top, and you’re sure to impress. Comfortable couches and a great view make Polaris a great choice for some quiet romance.

As the restaurant rotates you’ll be able to take in the entire city. Atlanta’s rapidly expanding skyline is becoming quite the sight!

The Glenn Hotel Sky Lounge, located near the CNN Center, is another great option for rooftop drinks. While the Glenn doesn’t spin, it does provide comfortable seating, great drinks, and a beautiful view.

The Georgia Aquarium

Looking for something more interactive? The Georgia Aquarium is arguably the best aquarium in the United States, if not the world, and it’s a great place to take a date. Bring some flowers, see some fish, perhaps even swim with sharks!

You absolutely have to visit the Ocean Voyager exhibit, a 6.3 million gallon tank that is home to thousands of fish and sea creatures. You’ll also get a chance to see the world’s largest fish, the whale shark. The Georgia Aquarium is one of only a few aquariums to house these magnificent creatures.

There are also many interactive opportunities, such as swimming with the aforementioned whale sharks, or meeting dolphins, penguins, and various other animals.

Take a Stroll Through The Parks

They don’t call Atlanta a “City in a Forest” for nothing. Atlanta is one of the greenest, most lush cities in the world. There are plenty of opportunities to take a walk in the park, and the weather is often quite temperate in the winter!

First, there’s Piedmont Park located in midtown. This nearly 200-acre park features plenty of paths, gazebos, ponds, and other sites & sights. Nearby, there are some famous local haunts, such as the Flying Biscuit Cafe, and South City Kitchen, which offers up some delicious southern food.

Second, there’s the Beltline, a sprawling pathway that cuts through much of Atlanta. Lined with bars and restaurants, there are plenty of eats, although your best bet might be to head to the hip Ponce City Market.

There are countless other parks and outdoor spaces in Atlanta, so if you’re looking for some green, you’ll have plenty of options.

Buford Highway- Take a Trip Around the World

Buford Highway is a sprawling road filled with authentic ethnic restaurants. Indian, Latin America, Korean barbecue, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian, Ethiopian and various other African foods. You can literally take a trip around the world while only taking a drive down the road.

There are so many choices that it’s best to first figure out what your date likes. Then you can find the best restaurant for his or her tastes, order up some flowers to take along, and you’ll already have a great night planned out.

Don’t know where to get started? Check out Mamak, an award winning but affordable Malaysian restaurant. Malaysian food is interesting because it’s influenced by both Indian and Chinese cuisines, meaning there are plenty of options as far as tastes go.

Hip Hipster Burgers in East Atlanta Village

Most people won’t call the Earl “romantic”. But some dates would rather skip all the pomp and go somewhere more laid back and casual. Atlanta has countless hip bars, but the Earl in East Atlanta Village may be the hippest of them all.

First, its food sets the high bar for pub grub. Second, it’s just a cool place to hang out. Third, there’s often live music in the back. Finally, if the Earl isn’t cutting it, you’ll be in East Atlanta Village, where there are plenty of other options your date is sure to enjoy!

Cheap, Authentic, & Off the Beaten Path

When you walk through the doors of El Progreso #14, it’s like stepping through a portal into Mexico. This place is as authentic as authentic gets.

Now, let’s be clear, this is a cheap, “off the beaten path” date idea. El Progreso doesn’t ooze with romance, it’s actually a Mexican grocery store with a simple restaurant in the back.  It’s not the best choice for every date night, but with the right date, it can be a hit.

Seattle winters often sport grey skies and a chilly drizzle just heavy enough to require a raincoat. Though tempting to just stay inside, cuddle up and watch Netflix, this Valentine’s Day bust out of your routine and find adventure with your favorite person. Be a Seattle Tourist at Top Seattle Landmarks

Whether you’ve been to none or have seen ’em all, Seattle has a wide array of city landmarks that are super awesome! Who better to explore the city with than with your sweetie? Here’s a list of the top ones to check out, or check out again. 

• Go to new heights in your relationship at the Space Needle
• Eat delicious food, smell fresh flowers, and buy a souvenir at Pike Place Market
• Pier Romance: Go to the Seattle Aquarium right on Alaskan Highway by Elliott Bay to see some underwater wildlife. Then visit The Seattle Great Wheel and be THAT couple to take a romantic ferris wheel ride to overlook the city. Don’t forget to share a ferris wheel kiss while taking selfies.
• For the entertainment loving couple, there are always fun exhibits at the Museum of Pop Culture, formerly the EMP Museum. From sci-fi exhibits like Star Trek: Exploring New Worlds, to music exhibits like Nirvana: Taking Punk to the Masses, and an instrument sculpture IF VI WAS IX comprised with over 500 musical instruments, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Bounce Into Your Inner Child at Trampoline Night

Trampoline gyms like Emerald City Trapeze allow you to feel like a kid again as you bounce, jump, and roll in one of their classes.  Don’t worry, you won’t be the only grown-ups—their workshops are filled with adults looking for fun. On Friday nights they offer two-hour “Date Night” classes where you will soar on the flying trapeze and get close to your loved one during partner acrobatics. This year, they’re also serving up a Valentine’s Day special that includes drinks, appetizers, and a performance.

Solve a Mystery Together

If you’re more interested in intellectual adventures, try busting out of a puzzle room. These team-building experiences require you to work together to outsmart the bad guys. Popular options in Seattle are Sherlocked, for private groups as small as 4 people (double date!), Puzzle Break (which has themes such as Midnight Carnival and Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea), and Ninja Escape (“You and your team of ninja spies are locked in a room, armed with only your brainpower in a 60 minute battle with evil”). Collect clues, use your deductive reasoning skills, and escape the room within 60 minutes—or else!

Go Skydiving, Indoors

When a thick blanket of clouds lines the sky as it so often does in February, you can still experience the adrenaline rush of flying through the air—without jumping out of a plane. Book a “flight” at iFly Seattle, where you’ll step into a flightsuit, strap on your goggles and helmet, and learn to fly like a superhero.

Sneak Into a Speakeasy

Even though you no longer need to know a secret password after you knock three times on a pipe to get into a bar, it’s still fun to slip into character and pretend it’s the roaring 20s.  Travel back in time to one of Seattle’s prohibition-style bars for a secret thrill. Try the Needle and Thread speakeasy, which is hidden behind a steel safe in the Tavern Law restaurant. To get in, make a reservation in advance. You may even be able to arrange with the manager to surprise your date with an arrangement of Valentine’s flowers at your table. Locals tip: ask the bartender for their drink of the day to get a surprise. I also love the Bathtub Gin which is hard to find since it’s down a potentially sketchy alley, but the drinks are great, the bartenders friendly, and the space is romantic since it is dimly lit.

Play Drunken Mini-Golf

You’d be mistaken if you thought that mini-golf was only for the summer! Seattle’s Flatstick Pub lets you sip your drink while wielding a golf club in a Seattle-shaped course. Craft beer lovers will be particularly happy here, as Flatstick serves more than 30 brews on tap, all local to Washington.

Search for Bald Eagles

You heard that right, search for bald eagles. River rafting might not be the first thing you think of doing in February in the Pacific Northwest. But mid-winter is prime season for eagle watching, and Pacific NW Float Trips will bundle you and your loved one up in foul-weather gear, seat you in a large raft, and tuck a heater in next to you for good measure.  Sit back as you gently float down the Skagit River, marveling in the dozens of eagles you’re likely to spot.

Bundle Up to Climb a Troll, Drink Beer and Visit an Industrial Park

Fremont is just on the other side of the Fremont Cut and has some unique and fun things to do, all within walking distance of each other! Since it may be cold you will want to bundle up for the outdoor parts. If you’re daring, climb up the Fremont Troll under the Aurora Avenue Bridge. The troll has a fun Seattle 90s grunge feel and is fantastic for photo opportunities. Less than a quarter mile away is the Fremont Brewing Company where you can enjoy some delicious local beer. There is no food for purchase but they encourage you to bring your own, and do offer complimentary pretzels and apples for a snack! If you feel like walking another half a mile, the Gas Works Park is a 19.1 acre public park that features industrial sculptures as it is the former home of Seattle Gas Light Company. The reason it’s romantic to hang? Great views of the downtown Seattle!

Just Outside of Seattle: Snowplay in Paradise

Yes, paradise is a real place! Located on the south side of Mt. Rainier, this national park area becomes a winter wonderland for sledding and sliding each year. Snuggle into your warmest jacket, bring a saucer or inner tube, and pick up a hot cocoa on the way. When you arrive, maybe even slip a shot of peppermint schnapps or kahlua into your cocoa for extra warmth. We won’t tell. If, after sledding, you want to stay in the snow a bit longer, try a ranger-guided snowshoe walk to extend your adventure.  For extra romance, draw a hot bath and arrange Valentine’s roses when you arrive home to warm up.

Get Henna Tattoos

Explore your creative side and have a local artist decorate your body with intricate henna designs. Since Henna typically only lasts 1-2 weeks, it’s a fun way to try out a tattoo without the consequences. Choose a specific pattern that’s meaningful to your relationship, get a Valentine’s special, or have the artist create something new. If you’re worried that the henna will show at work the next day, try having one painted on your shoulders, back, calf, or feet.  It will amp up the romance if your loved one is the only person who knows where your temporary tattoo is hiding.

Visit the Up House: The beginning montage from the Disney film Up, is perhaps one of the most romantic (and heartbreaking) pieces of animated history. The tender love shown by Ellie and Carl Fredrickson summons more than a few tears every time we watch it. You can enjoy a slice of their life with a visit to an exact replica of the home featured in the film. Located just 30 minutes south of Salt Lake City in Herriman, this house is a one-of-a-kind. Disney gave one-time only permission for this home to be built (no other reproductions allowed). A family currently occupies the home, so you may not be able to tour the inside, but try bringing your own balloons for a romantic photoshoot out front. And no Disney inspired day is complete without a delivery of Disney gifts including home décor, flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and more! 

Dinner at the Roof: Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, The Roof is one of the most romantic restaurants in the area. With stunning views overlooking the city and Temple Square, nighttime provides a particularly romantic atmosphere. The buffet-style restaurant serves delicacies like prime rib, pork roast, salmon, and shrimp. The dessert table is worth the price of admission alone! Low-lighting and live piano music make the setting perfect for a romantic Valentine’s Day Dinner. Note: The restaurant does not serve alcohol or coffee.

Visit a real-life Ice Castle: Head an hour south of Salt Lake City to Midway for a truly unique date night. Crews at the ice castle craft about 10,000 icicles a day to make sure this winter-spectacular stays in tip-top shape. The hand-crafted castle features 10-foot thick walls and unique lighting features. Surrounded by giant walls of ice and hanging icicles, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a movie.  Dress warm and make sure to buy tickets online before you go as it’s a very popular attraction.

Hot Air Balloon Ride: Take your romance to new heights, literally, with a sunrise hot air balloon flight. Despite the cool temperatures in the winter, the same fire used to take your balloon to the skies will keep you and your date toasty during the flight. Head 30 minutes up Parley’s canyon for your balloon ride over Park City, Utah. With stunning views of the mountains, you can cozy up with your sweetie for an hour-long excursion over some of the most beautiful landscapes in the West. Make your date a little more romantic by presenting your sweetheart with a beautiful bouquet of flowers during the ride, like this stunning Rose Medley arrangement.

Head to the Theater: Salt Lake City offers plenty of access to the arts. From the symphony to Broadway-level plays, there’s almost always an event going on downtown. Check out the Capitol Theater to enjoy a romantic night in one of the city’s most historic buildings. The charming décor provides the perfect atmosphere for an entertaining night out for two. The theater is located near plenty of restaurants and public transportation, so you can snag a bite to eat before or after the show. If you want something a little more light-hearted, the OBT (Off Broadway Theater), also located downtown, hosts improv shows and humorous twists on traditional Broadway plays.

Color Me Mine: If you’re feeling a bit crafty, head to Color Me Mine, a local studio that allows customers to choose a piece of pottery (everything ranging from saucers to teapots, plates, and platters) to design and paint. You’ll have to leave your masterpiece at the studio so they can glaze and fire your piece before you pick it up, but once it’s finished you’ll have a hand-crafted memory you can use every day! If you’re more artistically challenged, don’t worry! The studio can provide stencils and other ideas to help inspire and bring out the artist in you.

Garden Tour: The Red Butte Gardens, located at the University of Utah in downtown Salt Lake City, are open all year round. The winter months host a solstice celebration among other events. You can stroll through the gardens and the greenhouse, or take in a concert or play at the amphitheater. The Gardens regularly host art exhibits as well so make sure to check the calendar of events to see what’s going on beforehand! You’ll want to head here in the early afternoon as they close at 5 p.m. during the winter.

Snowshoe to Donut Falls:  If you love spending time in the great outdoors, snag a pair of snowshoes and a thermos of hot chocolate and head up Cottonwood Canyon to the Donut Falls trail. This easy 3-mile (round-trip) trail has a spectacular ending: a 20-foot tall waterfall. If you’re feeling brave, you can duck under the falls for a stunning view.

Money saving tip: TKTS discount booths are a great way to go if you have the time to wait online, and are looking to save some cash on your date. The show list is as available that day, and there are four different locations: Times Square, South Street Seaport, Lincoln Center, and Downtown Brooklyn. You may be better visiting the non-Times Square locations for *potentially* less people, but hey, it’s New York, and the city is always crowded. TKTS has a downloadable app too that is helpful for knowing booth open and close times. The earlier you get there, there, the better the selection choice. There may be some Off-Broadway ones that interest you too, like Avenue Q.

Explore Chinatown with Authentic Chinese Food

Chinatown is a great place if you and your sweetie love Chinese food and for some shopping, but you definitely want to make sure you pick a good place. Personally, I love Hop Kee (21 Mott Street) and have been going there for years. It’s no frills but the food is fantastic every time. Personal favs: chow fun, sweet and pungent chicken, dumplings, and chicken and broccoli in black bean sauce. Other goodies from word of mouth: Shanghai Asian Manor, Shanghai Café Deluxe, Joe’s Shanghai, and Red Farm. If you’re looking for a little something sweet after, there are tea houses in the area as well. If you’ve never tried it, bubble tea is a traditional fav. Bubble tea recs: Vive Bubble Tea & Patea Bubble Tea. Little Italy is just a short walk away from Chinatown if you’re feeling for some Italian desserts like cannolis and tiramisu instead.

Art Museums

Gosh, where to start with art museums in NYC!? There are so many good one depending on your taste.

• 3 Admissions for the Price of 1 at The Met Museum Family: While its massive size can be a bit overwhelming, The Metropolitan Museum of Art on the Upper East Side is a personal favorite of mine because there are so many different art types to see from Egyptian to contemporary. If you buy tickets at the box office (there is usually a line and high security), there is a suggested admission of $25, but since it is just suggested, you can donate whatever you feel comfortable with to visit the museum. Insider secret: admission includes entry into ALL The Met museums. The Frick Collection for modern and contemporary art opened recently in March 2016, is a little less overwhelming due to its smaller size, and is just a few blocks away from the 5^th Avenue Met. If you have the time to trek up north and if it’s nice out, The Met Cloisters is gorgeous for those who love architecture and medieval art.
• Visit the Museum of Modern Art in midtown for contemporary art at it’s finest. Advance tickets are recommended, especially if a hot exhibit is happening.
• Explore American art in a beautiful building at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Advance tickets are recommended.
• Absorb international 20^th century art Guggenheim in a super cool circular museum design.
• Gallery Hopping: If you’re looking for something free and fun, in Chelsea and SoHo there are tons of art galleries to hop in and out of. It makes for a fun afternoon and helps with spontaneity.

A Romantic Walk Along the Highline

Even though it’s chilly in New York, walking along the Westside of Manhattan from the Meatpacking to Chelsea, the High Line is a great way to spend a romantic day or night with your sweetie. From sculptures to plants, there are places to sit along the way if you want to take in the scenery.

Comedy shows can always be hit or miss but the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre has some really awesome comedians to make you laugh and is the alma mater to some super famous folk. There are also improve classes you can take with your significant other if you’re up to the challenge!

Cheer on a NY Team at an Indoor Sports Game

This is the perfect time of year to enjoy a basketball or hockey game indoors and away from the outdoor elements. Whether you like a fast-paced, edge-of-your-seat game like hockey, or a high-scoring, non-stop action game like basketball, you and your date are sure to have a blast. Head on over to Barclay’s in Brooklyn for the Nets or the Islanders, or go to Madison Square Garden (MSG) for the Knicks or Rangers. While tickets at MSG are a bit pricier, we think it’s worth it for the view and fan comradery. Both are easily accessible by train, so you can safely enjoy plenty of adult beverages (and snacks, of course!).

Karaoke and Korean Food

Enjoy Korean food at one of the many restaurants in the mid-30s. I always enjoy New Wonjo but there are tons to choose from. Then continue the evening with a little karaoke to sing like no one is watching… except your significant other in a private room. This also makes for a great double date. I always enjoy Radio Star Karaoke, but there are many in walking distance in the vicinity.

Sleep No More

REALLY get into Macbeth at Sleep No More #share, which has a complete hands-on theatre experience where you wear masks and get into character. We also hear there is a Valentine’s Day special offer if it doesn’t sell out. Advance tix are necessary if you’re interested.

You don’t have to be a masterful artist to have an amazing date night at one of the city’s bring your own bottle art classes. Bring your date, your favorite bottle(s) of wine, and an open mind. You’ll be supplied with paint, brushes, canvases, a qualified instructor, and all of the corkscrews that you’ll need to have an eventful night. You’ll have a great time that will leave you with a masterpiece of your own making. Simply choose a starting point in the city, we prefer Union Square or Central Park, and flip a coin to decide where the night will take you. Choose heads to make your way over to a bar around the corner or tails to take a stroll throughout Central Park. This date night is completely unplanned and that’s what makes it so exciting. Your night could begin in the Upper East Side and somehow lead you to an art gallery in the Lower East Side.

Learning something new is a great way to spend a cold February day together, so why not take up a tango class? Triangulo in Chelsea offers basic Argentine tango classes for beginners and more advanced classes for tango lovers. Watch your dance moves steadily improve as you and your date live it up! If You Can Snag Tix, a “Night Under the Stars” at the Museum of Natural History
