life is a lot like a mirror; we get the best results when we smile at it.What is your favorite 1800flowers product and why? I have many favorite products throughout our family of brands, but I especially like the Abundant Love for Valentine’s Day. It allows me to always remember that special day, even when the flowers and chocolate are gone, I always have the cuddly teddy bear to remind me of that special someone! What is your favorite flower or plant and why? I love hydrangeas, they remind me of the beach in Montauk. One of 1800Flowers’ main missions is to deliver smiles. What makes you smile? Looking in the mirror makes me smile – it reminds me that life is a lot like a mirror; we get the best results when we smile at it. 1800Flowers is a gifting company. What is your favorite gift to receive and/or give for Valentine’s Day? My favorite gift to send/receive on Valentine’s Day are Fannie May chocolate covered strawberries. They are the essence of sweetness with a hint of crunch, emphasizing the idea of getting through that top layer to find the sweetness that you have been waiting for all along. What is the most valuable thing you have learned about flowers and plants during your time here? I have learned that not only do flowers look and smell beautiful, but they are instant smile creators to the recipient. They are a wonderful way to thank, gift, or just show someone you are thinking of them! What is your favorite thing about Valentine’s Day? The best part of Valentine’s Day is not just the chocolate and roses, but showing the love. Not just the love between you and your special someone, but a day to also show friends and family the love you have for them!
