How to use: Proper care will ensure good product quality and extend the life of the candle. We recommend following the following steps:
Prior to lighting your candle, trim your wick to a quarter of an inch and make sure it is in a clear and safe space with no flammable things nearby.
Never trim your candle while it is burning or after you’ve just put it out
Remove all wick trimmings and make sure not to leave them in the jar.
If your wick starts to let off smoke or soot, it is likely too long and needs to be cut.
Allow a full melt pool to form in your candle (the wax must melt to every edge of the jar and should be a quarter of an inch deep), if not, this will shorten the life of your candle due to tunneling.
Do not burn your candle for more than four hours, no more than two hours for four-ounce candles.
Once your candle has only a quarter of an inch of wax left, time to clean and reuse your jar!
