When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.
Your order is then sent over a secure connection to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM/FRUITBOUQUETS.COM. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM/FRUITBOUQUETS.COM . If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.

How do I check the status of my order?
Please remember that our normal delivery hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm in the recipient's time zone and sometimes the recipient is too busy or unable to call and say thank you immediately.
If you provided an email address, we will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive it from the driver.

How are shipping and service charges determined?

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected if your order is being delivered to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia.

Do you deliver to military installations?
Because of the perishable nature of our flowers and the security policies of many military installations, we're unable to deliver our flowers and gifts to military installations.

Which shipments or deliveries qualify for free shipping/no service charge under the Celebrations Passport membership program?
Celebrations Passport membership provides you with free shipping/no service charge for qualifying purchases ordered for delivery two business days or more from the date of your order. Same day and next day delivery is also available; however an additional expedited delivery surcharge will apply. Please see the program terms and conditions for additional details.

As a Celebrations Passport member, what are expedited delivery surcharges?
When same-day delivery is requested for qualifying products, an expedited delivery surcharge of $5.99 is added to your order. For next day delivery, an expedited delivery surcharge of $3.99 per order is applied. Saturday delivery carries $5 surcharge for Local Florist Delivery and a $12.99 surcharge for all Gifts Shipped in a Gift Box. When two-day or later delivery is requested for qualifying products, free shipping/no service charge applies, and there is no expedited delivery surcharge Please see the program terms and conditions for additional details.

How can I make sure that I am recognized as a Celebrations Passport member when I place my order?
To be recognized as a Celebrations Passport member online, you must sign-in prior to completing your order. You may also utilize the Passport Program for your 1-800-Flowers.com orders placed via the telephone; however, you will be required at the time you place your order, to provide proof of Membership enrollment. This will typically be the email address and credit card that you used to enroll in Passport membership. Please note that Passport Program benefits are currently not available for phone orders for our sister brands.

How do I know which products qualify for Celebrations Passport benefits?
Most products across our Family of Brands qualify for Passport free shipping/no service charge benefits. When you choose your delivery date for each product ordered, the applicable shipping charges/service fees, or surcharges, and the amount will be shown. There is also no minimum purchase price requirement for your order(s).

When does my Celebrations Passport membership expire?
To find your membership expiration date, click on "Your Account" in the upper right hand corner on the website and sign in to your account. Next click on "Passport” under the “My Account” menu. This will bring you to "Passport Profile" page where you will see both your membership end date and your membership renewal date.

How do I renew my Celebrations Passport membership?
Your Passport membership is automatically renewed and billed to your credit card on file for successive one-year periods, at the then current rates and surcharges for the Passport Program. Prior to the automatic renewal and billing, we will notify you in advance (via the email you used at the time of enrollment) of (i) the pending renewal, (ii) the then current fees and charges applicable to the Passport Program, and (iii) where you may find more information about the Passport Program. We will also send you an additional email confirming your renewal.

How do I cancel my Celebrations Passport membership?
Should you elect not to renew your Membership, you may cancel at any time prior to the renewal by emailing us at CustomerService@CelebrationsPassport.com and your credit card on file with us will not be charged.
