For the first time, you can add a digital movie download to select gift products. Recipients will be able to select from a list of hit movie titles to enjoy anywhere and anytime. The best part? The movie is theirs to keep! Powered by SmartGift, digital movie gifts are a great way to elevate your gifting experience.

What is a digital movie? A digital movie is a digital copy of a movie that allows for direct playback on digital devices such as a personal computer, smartphone, tablet, or Smart TV.

How do I send a digital movie gift? To send a digital movie gift, simply select “add a digital movie to your gift purchase” and provide your recipient’s e-mail address. 1-800-Flowers will send a digital movie code to your gift recipient along with directions for how the gift can be redeemed via Movies Anywhere

When will my recipient receive their digital movie gift? All digital movie gift deliveries are set to synchronize with successful delivery of your primary 1-800-Flowers.com gift purchase (so no need to worry about ruining a surprise!). However, we also provide the option to immediately share the digital movie code with your recipient via e-mail or social sharing options – perfect for that last-minute gift!

How will my gift recipient redeem their digital movie? To redeem a digital movie gift, recipients will receive a unique digital code and simple instructions for redemption on a free platform called Movies Anywhere:

1. Go to www.moviesanywhere.com/redeem or access the Redeem page on the free Movies Anywhere mobile app
2. Enter the digital movie gift redemption code
3. Sign in (or sign up – it’s free!), select your digital movie, and begin watching instantly!

Does my gift recipient get to keep the digital movie or is it a temporary rental? Yes, the gift is theirs to keep! Once the movie gift has been selected and redeemed in Movies Anywhere, it stays there. If your recipient links their Movies Anywhere account to other digital retailers like Apple, Amazon or Vudu, the movie will appear in those digital lockers too.

How will I know what movie title(s) I am buying as a digital movie gift? For the digital movie add-on product, gift recipients will have the opportunity to select from a list of hit movies once they redeem their digital movie code on Movies Anywhere. When you select your digital movie add-on, you should see a list of the movies available for gifting at time of purchase

For bundled products, gift recipients will receive the title(s) described in the specific product bundle unless otherwise noted. All movie titles are subject to availability and may be updated periodically.

I accidentally purchased a digital movie gift. Can I get a refund? Please contact customer support for more information. In the event a digital movie gift code has been redeemed in Movies Anywhere, we will be unable to issue a refund.

What is Movies Anywhere

Movies Anywhere is an online and digital platform that allows you to consolidate all of your digital movie purchases from select digital retailers into one central account (See list below for participating retailers and providers). If you also have codes to redeem a digital copy of a movie, Movies Anywhere is the go-to platform to redeem and download your digital movie gift. Once you have your Movies Anywhere account set up, you can start streaming or downloading your movies right in the Movies Anywhere app, or from the Movies Anywhere website on your computer.
