Upon arrival, your expert instructor will guide you through the basics. You’ll explore different winemaking approaches and techniques – all while uncovering the steps and factors involved in producing the finest quality wines. Work together to make approximately 28 to 30 bottles of your own red or white wine. Your creation will ferment for four weeks before it’s ready to bottle. • Year round.
