What do I need to place an order?

Here are some tips in planning your gift experience with us:

  • Have the occasion in mind for which you are planning to send a gift.
  • Think about whether you would like to send flowers, a gourmet gift basket (select countries) or green plant.
  • Should you need guidance in sending a Sympathy gift or flowers, our trained Sympathy Advisors will take the time to understand your needs and provide you with expert knowledge and thoughtful suggestions.
  • Verify the recipient's address. (Select Country from drop down menu, and select your destination country).

How do I place an order by phone?

To place an order over the phone, please call us at 1-800-858-5039. Our experienced sales and service specialists will be ready to assist you. We have extensive experience sending flowers and gifts all over the world—we make delivering smiles easy! For your convenience, our customer service agents also speak Spanish.

What happens after I place my order?

After you have placed your order, rest assured, you will receive an order confirmation email (including your card message) and a delivery confirmation email once the gift has arrived at its destination.
For all order inquires, call Customer Service inquires at 1-800-468-1141. Please reference your order number beginning with a "W". We will gladly answer any questions you may have.

When will my gift be delivered?

Normally, we deliver between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM in your recipient's time zone. During peak holiday times (or if the weather doesn't cooperate), delivery times can vary. If that happens, your delivery confirmation email may be slightly delayed. But don't worry, the excited, thank-you phone call, the jump-up-in-the air hug, the startled look of delight -- those should pretty much arrive on time.

How can I make a change?

If you need to cancel your gift order or make changes, please call us at 1-800-468-1141 or email us using our Online Customer Service Inquiry Form. Note: Changes on International orders may require 2 business day lead time. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes.

How can I track my order?

Visit our online order tracking page for the latest information on delivery. Be sure to have your order number or recipient zip code handy. Please note, if the zip code was converted to 99999 on your order confirmation, please be sure to enter the original recipient zip code.
