Our local florists always put their passion and creativity into each gift. At times, they may need to make substitutions to floral arrangements, Fruit Bouquets or gift baskets to ensure your order is fresh and delivered in a timely manner. This is especially true as we navigate the evolving health crisis. Please know that in this instance, the utmost care and attention is given to ensure your gift is of equal value.
Delivery Policy:
Your gift will be delivered in one of two ways:
1. Shipped fresh overnight from one of our premier floral farms and delivered Next-Day via FedEx or UPS in a signature gift box, ready to be arranged.
As a measure of social distancing and to minimize any potential risk of exposure for both our carriers and our customers, no contact is necessary for deliveries.
The World Health Organization has provided guidance that the risk of COVID-19 infection from a package that has moved, travelled, or been exposed to different conditions and temperatures is low.

2. Expertly arranged & delivered by a local florist in your recipient's zip code. Same-Day Delivery is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada when placed by 2:30pm M-F, 2pm Saturday and 11:30am Sunday in your recipients time zone. For fruit bouquets, order must be placed by 11am.
We have provided our network of local florists with the following delivery protocol guidelines:
Announce arrival by ringing bell or knocking on the door, but practice touchless delivery
Leaving an arrangement unattended (e.g. on the porch) will be an acceptable form of delivery, with the exception of food items
All employees should practice responsible sanitation and hand-washing
Delivery vehicles should be properly ventilated throughout the day and in clean condition
Deliveries to non-residential addresses, like hospitals and schools, may be impacted by health and safety restrictions due to the evolving health crisis. We are monitoring this closely and will be in touch with you if we cannot deliver your gift to this address.
