Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air. A hand pump is recommended to inflate the balloons (especially the minis). Not included.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! Approximately 12-feet in length when assembled. Each Kit contains an assortment of 11" latex balloons in white, light pink, light blue, gold and clear with gold confetti dots (printed on), one large crescent moon mylar balloon, 3 star shaped mylar balloons, a plastic strip for attaching the balloons, and instructions.
